Some women are choose an alternative way to get pregnant which is being called “Natural Insemination”.  Instead of artificial methods, they elect to have sex with a willing donor, almost always a stranger they have met on the Internet. Those in favor say this option is less expensive, however the risks are enormous say the experts.  What is a woman to do when faced with this situation?

Serena, who wanted to remain anonymous, found natural insemination while searching the Internet for “free sperm” options and decided on the method for its lower cost and fresh sperm over frozen seed.
