Can you imagine not ever hearing your 8 year  old son’s voice?  This mother lost her hearing over 15 years ago and lived with a new life of not being able to hear her loved ones.  She learned to read lips but it was so frustrating to no end.  Then the doctors told her she qualified for a cochlear implant.
